Asthma Tips :
1. Purchase a PEFR Meter. Keep PEFR at least >80% of normal with Inhalers.2. Inhalers are not addictive but good quality of life is.
3. Don’t try to be your own doctor. You pay for it.
4. Avoid pets at home
5. Avoid Carpets at home
6. Avoid Fur toys
7. If your child is asthmatic inform his teacher / school management.
8. Avoid using Salbutamol (Blue-coloured) Inhaler as far as possible.
9. Get Allergy test to know and avoid asthma triggers
10. If possible go for ASIT (Vaccines) as they will reduce your frequency of excoriations substantially.
